Gary is back on the challenger circuit after a weef of "break" in the
Future of Lille where he has unfortunately lost since th secound round. This week he is number
5 thanks to a lot of abandonments. We hope he will play well and win two matches
in the same tournament for the first time since one month!!

The draw is out and like in Lille Gay will play on the first round
against a qualified, we don't know yet which one. He could played if he won
his friend Adrian Mannarino or another qualifier: Karlis Lejnieks !!
Here we are, we know the name of Gary's opponent, it is the slovak Igor Zelenay
ranked 974th mondial at the l'ATP ( he has been 279th in 2005) , it will be the second match
between the two men. The first is from last year in the challenger of Mancester in
England and Zelenay won 6-3 7-6(2).

Gary plays his first math on the central court
It is the second match so he will play near 13h!
A super match of Gary who won 6/2 7/6(20)
a fist set realy good, he breaks his opponent twice and an amazing
second set, he saved 10 match point in the tie-break
and he finally won on his 5th match points!! The tie-break dured 26 minutes
and Gary is now in the second round
where he will play against Lejnieks who beat Mannarino 6/4 6/4.

Thursday 20th March:

Another amazing match of Gary who beat another record!!
During the first set: 0 break and Gary lost the first tie-break but he made the break
since the beginning of the second but he lost his serve just a bit later: so tie-break
and this one his won by Gary . On the third set: 0 break before 5/5,
at this moment, a bad game of Gary and he lost his serve. Will he lost under the pressure ??
Will they be a third tie-break? Unfortunately, Lejnieks served well and....
Gary was leading 40/15...but Gary never dies and he came back
a 40/40...Lieneiks won the point and had a third and even a fourth match point !!
A third tie-break?? In France we say never 2 without 3?? And yes! Gary went to the tie break after having
saved four match points...and he won....Incredible Gary !!! After
a fight of 3h15 and 4 match points saved, Gary has finally changed the situation
to win 6/7-7/6-7/6 !!!! He will play against the dutch Middelkoop, 259th mondial player,
tomorrow!!He has never played against him except in double
(he won, good sign??)

Gary plays again today against the dutch Middelkoop.
He must take care of Middelkoop actually 259th mondial who has whon two
good matches during the first round against Karol Beck and then Lovro Zovko.
Gary has made a really good match against Middlekoop. Indeed he took his serve on each end of sets:
at 5/5 in the 1st and at 4/4 in the second. He will play against Alexander Peya in semi-final!!

Saturday 22th March:
Gary plays his semi-final at 12:00 against Alexander Peya , ranked 221th mondial
so exactly one place in front ofGary. The two men have never played against each other.
If he won Gary would made the best perf of his carreer in reaching the final of
a challenger, he would also won 31 places and be 191ème mondial.
He would even be 183th if he won today and 203th if unfortunately he lost.
All the good things have a end ;( , Gary unfortunately lost against a really good Peya 7/5 6/2!!
It has been a good week for Gary who takes now a week of rest
before making the challenger of Saint-Brieuc in two weeks!!

Gary will also make the double in Sarajevo with his friend Adrian
Mannarino like in Cherbourg three weeks ago where they have reached the semi-final!!
A funny thing is that they play the double together and moreover they could perhaps played against
each other in the second round of simple if they both win!!
They will play their first round against a Swedish and a Danish: Brunström and
Nielsen number 4 of the tournament and ranked 321th at the ATP. If they won the would play against
a bosnian pair which have a wild-card at the second round.

A program a bit strange because Gary and Adrian will both play
their first round of simple today (Gary at 13h and Adrian at 15h) and also their double match
against Brunström and Nielsen today on the court number 1 at about 20h
And unfortunately Gary and Adrian lost 6/4 6/3, certainly tired by their simple!!

A good week for Gary who ufortunately porgressed
of only 2 places: he is now 220th (he was 222th) because last year he won a future
during the same week but this tournament is good for his moral
after bad results during the three last weeks!! .
